五、個人簡介：

趙志剛，男，1982.09，副研究員，博士，東北農業大學校外基地研究生導師。研究方向：水產養殖生態與健康養殖。水產養殖研究室副主任，黑龍江省稻漁綜合種養協同創新崗位專家，中國水產科學研究院“百名科技英才”入選者。主持國家自然科學基金等各類項目10余項，發表論文50余篇，SCI收錄20余篇，授權專利10余項，獲省部級等各類獎4項。
